**Simply Injectables Appointment Cancellation Policy**

To ensure the best possible care and availability for our patients, Simply Injectables has implemented the following appointment cancellation policy:

1. **New Patient Deposit**: All new patients are required to provide a $100 deposit when scheduling their first appointment. This deposit is necessary to secure your appointment and ensure commitment.

2. **Deposit Application**: The $100 deposit will be directly applied to the cost of your service on the day of your appointment. If you decide not to proceed with any services, the deposit will be used as a consultation fee for the time allocated to your appointment.

3. **Cancellation Notice**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Providing sufficient notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.

4. **Refund Policy**: The $100 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. If the notice is less than 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded and will be applied as a cancellation fee.
