GLP Weight Management Injections Rhode Island
Simply Injectables RI focuses on medically supervised weight management done the right way, with careful dosing, ongoing monitoring, and real support throughout the process. Patients are not rushed through a one-size-fits-all program. Every protocol is built around individual health history, lab results, and long-term goals. With experienced providers who understand both the clinical and real-world side of GLP-1 treatment, patients receive guidance that prioritizes safety, consistency, and sustainable results. For individuals in Rhode Island looking for structured, medically guided GLP-1 care, Simply Injectables RI offers a level of oversight and personalization that sets the program apart.
OUR GLP-1 PROGRAM
Medically Supervised Weight Management, Done Differently.
Simply Injectables offers both semaglutide (GLP-1) and tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP dual agonist) as part of a medically supervised weight management program. Our approach is intentionally different from high-volume weight loss clinics.
Free Consultation
Every patient begins with a complimentary consultation — virtual or in person — and we require baseline lab work before starting any protocol. We want to understand your full health picture before making any recommendations.
Microdosing First
We start low and go slow. The goal is the minimum effective dose that quiets food noise and supports healthy, sustainable weight loss — without the nausea, fatigue, and side effects that come from aggressive dosing.
Individualized Care
Michelle’s philosophy is rooted in personalization. GLP-1 management includes education on the medication itself, nutrition guidance (Mediterranean-style eating with higher protein is her primary recommendation), exercise, and lifestyle modifications — comprehensive care, not just a prescription.
Ongoing Monitoring
Patients follow up monthly, and sometimes biweekly. Side effects are managed proactively, and doses are adjusted based on how you’re actually responding, not a fixed schedule.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Who is a good weight loss injection candidate?
GLP-1 therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Michelle evaluates every patient individually, but here are general profiles of who tends to benefit most.
You may be a strong candidate if you:
- Are an adult (18–80) experiencing weight gain tied to metabolic changes, hormonal shifts, or aging
- Eat well and exercise regularly but cannot break through a plateau
- Have health markers like elevated A1c, fasting glucose, cholesterol, or blood pressure trending in the wrong direction
- Are experiencing “food noise” and want medical support to quiet it
- Are postpartum (after finishing breastfeeding and allowing ~3 months for your body to normalize)
- Are currently on a GLP-1 from another provider but feel under-supported or under-educated
GLP-1 therapy may not be right for you if you have:
- A personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome (absolute contraindications)
- Certain gallbladder, pancreatic, or kidney conditions (not exclusions, but require closer monitoring)
- Heavy alcohol use (we discuss this honestly and openly)
WHAT TO EXPECT — YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
Before You Start
Labs first — always. We’ll either request records from your PCP or order labs directly. We review your results before prescribing anything.
Month 1
Your first vial. We start conservatively — often at 2.5mg or below. You may feel the food noise begin to quiet. GI side effects are most common in early weeks. Most patients lose anywhere from 3–12 pounds in the first month, depending on their baseline and how their body responds.
Month 2–3
We assess how you’re tolerating your current dose and whether to escalate, hold, or adjust. For many patients, the first plateau appears here — which is expected, and often a signal to revisit nutrition, protein intake, water consumption, and activity before adjusting medication.
Ongoing
Most patients stay on GLP-1 therapy for several months to a year. Realistic weight loss expectations are 0.5–2.5 pounds per week with diet and exercise. Michelle monitors not just weight, but how you feel — energy, mood, sleep, and overall quality of life.
Transparent GLP-1 Pricing. No Surprises.
Consultation: Free
Semaglutide (GLP-1)
- $375 / month — doses 0.25mg–1mg
- $425 / month — doses 1mg–2.4mg
Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP Dual Agonist)
- $450 / month — doses 2.5mg–7.5mg
- $500 / month — doses 10mg–15mg
Pricing reflects your current dose tier. As many patients begin at lower doses and progress gradually, your monthly cost may start lower and adjust as your protocol evolves. Michelle draws each patient’s monthly supply individually — because your dosing may change based on side effects, results, and goals.
WEIGHT LOSS INJECTION FAQS
What is microdosing, and do you offer it?
Microdosing means starting at a dose below the standard commercial starting point — sometimes because a patient wants to avoid aggressive side effects, has less weight to lose, or wants a slower, more gradual approach. Michelle supports individualized starting doses and will sometimes start patients below the industry-standard 2.5mg.
What are the most common side effects?
The most common side effects are gastrointestinal: nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, stomach cramping, GERD symptoms, and sulfur burps. Fatigue is common early on, often replaced by increased energy as the body adjusts. Headaches are also reported.
What are the serious risks I should know about?
The absolute contraindications are a personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome. Patients should watch for signs of dehydration, gallbladder problems, pancreatitis, thyroid issues, or gastroparesis.
